Did you find a The link will open in a new window vacancy that you like the look of? Then let's get started: Please note that we can only accept applications via the online application tool and not via email. In addition to your CV, we ask you to send us copies of your qualifications and employment references. The cover letter is optional.

If you have any technical questions about the position, please get in touch with the contact person named in the advertisement. If you have any questions about the recruitment process, our People Attraction Manager will be happy to help; once again, the relevant contact details are provided in the advertisement. If everything is clear and you don't have any further questions, all the better! A pro forma call is sometimes still recommended, but we do not require this. Hopefully, we will have time to discuss the most important questions when we meet face to face.

Confirmation

When you submit your application documents, we will send you a confirmation of receipt within a few minutes. This way you can be sure that the document transfer was completed without any problems. 

Checking application documents

The People Attraction team will review your application documents together with your future leader. We will compare your CV with our job profile and think about what PostFinance can offer you as an employer. We will inform you within a maximum of two to three weeks about the next steps in your application process.

Getting to know you

At your first meeting you will find out more about PostFinance, the advertised position and the general conditions. The second meeting will consist of more in-depth discussions, because we would like to get a better picture of you as a person to find out whether we are a good match.

Tip: Just be yourself during these interviews, because we value honest communication and sincerity. 

Confirmation

If we decide that we are a good fit after the second interview, you will receive a confirmation from us by telephone. If you are still interested in the position, we will send you a confirmation of employment by e-mail and you will receive your employment contract and other important documents in the following days.

Welcome

In the first few weeks, you’ll get to know your team, your tasks, the relevant tools and PostFinance. The first day will be Welcome Day. There you can meet other employees and gain an initial insight into PostFinance.
