Self-Service ISO Version Change for camt Messages in E-Finance

Seit November 2022 ist auf dem Finanzplatz Schweiz die neue ISO-Version 2019 produktiv. Bis zum 16. November 2026 müssen die verarbeitenden Systeme mit der neuen ISO-Version umgehen können bzw. migriert sein.

CH-DD direct debit scheme from PostFinance remains in place

In consultation with the bodies of the Swiss financial center, SIX has decided to discontinue the existing LSV+/BDD direct debit procedures as of 30 September 2028. This does not apply to PostFinance’s CH-DD (Core and B2B direct debit) direct debit scheme. PostFinance also offers attractive billing solutions as an alternative to the LSV+/BDD.

Update and Expansion of ISO-20022-camt Messages from August and November 2024

Starting August 18, 2024, PostFinance will expand its ISO-20022 offering with the addition of the camt.052 "incremental" variant, exclusively listing newly booked transactions since the last camt.052 report. Additionally, new bank transaction codes for instant payments will be introduced. From Novemberr11, 2024, the Account Service Reference in camt messages will be adjusted to the D-level to streamline duplicate control processes

On 1 November 2024, PostFinance will replace the ISO 20022 camt.054 creditor order notification version 2 (2009).

PostFinance currently offers ISO version 2 of the camt.054 creditor order notification (2009). This message will be replaced on 1 November 2024. An extension is not possible for technical reasons. Ideally, you should skip version 4 (2013) and migrate directly to version 8 (2019).

3. December 2024

Changes to paper notifications

Valid from 17 February 2025: All account statements and payment confirmations will only be dispatched with B Mail.

Checkout: 24/7 support and other advantages

Merchants who use PostFinance Checkout to collect payments now benefit from 24/7 Checkout support, save CHF 0.03 in transaction fees with the Checkout Flex POS Payment Module and can order the new silicone protective cases for certain payment terminals.
