PostFinance supports young entrepreneurs in their first steps towards independence through its partner organization IFJ (Institut für Jungunternehmen).

PostFinance is a partner of venture leaders Fintech. Via venturelab, it supports aspiring Swiss fintech companies as they make their way from start-ups to global players. A competition is held every year in conjunction with venture leaders Fintech and ten companies are selected as winners. They form the “Swiss fintech start-up national team” and benefit from a unique business development programme in New York.

ActionJam is an association that was established by professionals and managers from the innovation management departments of major Swiss corporations to encourage networking and knowledge sharing.
