In accordance with FINMA Circular 2016/1 “Disclosure – banks”, Annex 2, the “Material features of regulatory capital instruments and other TLAC instruments” table must be made available on the bank’s website and must be updated at least once every six months for banks in categories 1 and 2, and once a year for banks in category 3. An additional update must be carried out if a modification (issue, repayment, repurchase, conversion, debt waiver or other material change) is made to the bank’s capital instruments (or other TLAC instruments, where applicable).
