Providing young talent with long-term training to get into the 1st team is one of the main goals that HC Ambrì-Piotta Giovani is focused on. To do this, it also uses funds from PostFinance Top Scorer pot. Its youth programme focuses heavily on the education/professional & personal training of its young players. All children are coached and monitored based on their stage of development and their technical, tactical and mental abilities. And the ethos is: “Be better than yesterday ”, or, in Italian: “Essere migliori di ieri”.
