Many players in the 1st team successfully completed the youth programme HC Davos runs, and are now established names in the sport. To prepare young talent for getting into the first team as effectively as possible, they are supported and nurtured in a number of ways. PostFinance’s Top Scorer funds also play a vital role in this regard: they are consistently invested in the club’s training programmes and infrastructure. The club also relies on a number of parents and volunteers who make sure these young ice hockey players are able to focus entirely on their game. As a small, family organization, Hockey Club Davos believes that tradition is key – and it reflects this in everything it does.
