PostFinance reduces interest rates on savings and retirement savings accounts

The Swiss National Bank (SNB) lowered its policy rate from 1.00% to 0.50% on 12 December 2024. This is the fourth successive policy rate cut by the SNB. PostFinance is responding to this by adjusting the interest rates on savings accounts, the retirement savings account 3a and the vested benefits account as of 1 February 2025.

The adapted interest rates will come into effect automatically; customers do not need to do anything. For other account types, existing interest rates will continue to apply.
