At the beginning of this year, Valuu – the independent platform for comparing and taking out mortgages – entered into a comprehensive partnership with immobilier.ch, the leading online real estate website in French-speaking Switzerland. This gives Valuu a significant boost to its profile and presence in French-speaking Switzerland. From now on, visitors to the immobilier.ch website will see the estimated monthly costs of a Valuu mortgage for all properties currently on sale.

At the beginning of this year, Valuu – the independent platform for comparing and taking out mortgages – entered into a comprehensive partnership with immobilier.ch. 115 real estate agents hold a shareholder stake in the website for real estate professionals in French-speaking Switzerland, and over 1,100 agents publish their property listings on the site. This means that immobilier.ch has the widest range of fully verified properties to buy or rent in the whole of French-speaking Switzerland. Effective immediately, the partnership with Valuu allows property hunters on immobilier.ch to obtain binding mortgage offers for their favourite property. They will also receive an estimate of the associated monthly costs and can then take out the mortgage directly with Valuu.

Greater presence in French-speaking Switzerland
