Nicole Burth to become new Member of the Board of Directors of PostFinance

Nicole Burth is joining Board of Directors of PostFinance with immediate effect. The 52-year-old Swiss national has been Head of Communication Services at Swiss Post since 2021 and is a Member of Executive Management. She succeeds Giulia Fitzpatrick, who decided to leave the Board of Directors of PostFinance in September.

Nicole Burth was elected to the Board of Directors of PostFinance at an Extraordinary General Meeting on 20 November 2024. With immediate effect, she will become one of the four members mandated by Swiss Post on the seven-member PostFinance Board of Directors. Nicole Burth studied economics at the University of Zurich and has international experience in the areas of leadership and finance. She began her career as an analyst in the banking sector. From 2005 to 2020, she held various positions at Adecco Group – including global CFO of the Outsourcing unit and CEO of Adecco Group Switzerland. Since 2021, she has been responsible for Swiss Post’s Communication Services division as a member of the Group Executive Board, advancing digital transformation in Switzerland in this role. Nicole Burth is married and has two children.
