You can easily switch your banking package in e-finance under “Settings and profile” > “My products” > “Banking package”, by phone or in any PostFinance branch.
With the banking package advisory tool, you can find out which banking package suits you best in just a few clicks.
You can cancel the paper option at any time in e-finance under “Settings and profile” > “My products” > “Delivery of account documents”. If you do not have e-finance yet, you can order it at any time. You will then receive all account documents digitally in e-finance.
