These Subscriber Conditions govern the referral of potential insurance customers (hereinafter referred to as ‘Subscribers’) with their consent, by PostFinance Ltd, Mingerstrasse 20, 3030 Bern, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as ‘PostFinance’) to AXA Insurance Ltd, General-Guisan-Strasse 40, 8400 Winterthur, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as ‘AXA’).

PostFinance’s service is limited to contacting the Subscriber and forwarding the contact data entered by the Subscriber in the referral form to AXA. PostFinance does not make offers or provide advice or support to the Subscriber with regard to AXA insurance products, nor does it conclude and implement an insurance contract with AXA. Any insurance contract will be concluded directly between AXA and the Subscriber as the policyholder.

As a bank, PostFinance is subject to bank client confidentiality. If the Subscriber is a banking customer of PostFinance, they acknowledge and agree that they will disclose their banking relationship with PostFinance to AXA within the framework of the existing insurance referral or that this can be inferred and, as a result, waive bank-client confidentiality on this basis.

This contact referral to AXA takes place outside the bank-customer relationship with PostFinance.

The Subscriber confirms that the data entered in the referral form is correct and complete, that they are authorized to forward the entered data, and expressly consents to the transfer of this data to AXA.
