Payment terminal and card acceptance all in onePostFinance, in cooperation with Worldline, offers the Link/2500 All in One, a mobile and easy-to-use card terminal for flexible use on the premises or on the go. The terminal processes all relevant national and international payment methods, including the PostFinance Card and TWINT. This solution is ideal for retailers with annual revenue of up to 100,000 francs.

The terminal in detail

- Register directly on the website of our partner Worldline. When registering, have your contact, company and bank details as well as your ID to hand.
- Within a few minutes you will receive e-mail confirmation with the details of the TID (Terminal ID) and MID (Merchant ID) and the “PostFinance Contract” as an attachment.
- Send the signed contract to: PostFinance Ltd, Scan Center, 3002 Bern
Dispatch
You will receive the Link/2500 All in One card terminal directly from Worldline within three to five working days. You will receive the invoice for the card terminal by e-mail.

Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, V PAY, Visa Debit, TWINT, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Alipay. An additional contract is required to accept the PostFinance Card.
Your customers can pay on the Link/2500 All in One with all common payment methods, such as contactless by card or via mobile with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

Please note that you need an additional contract for the PostFinance Card. You will receive the pre-completed contract by e-mail and only need to complete, sign and send it back to: PostFinance Ltd, Scan Center, 3002 Bern. As soon as PostFinance receives the contract, the PostFinance Card is activated as a payment method on your terminal. You will receive a confirmation by post with a request to initialize the terminal.

The fact that PostFinance is independent from card organizations allows it to set its own prices. What’s more, there are no interchange fees or levies involved, which would increase the prices.

With end-of-day settlement, all transactions carried out are submitted and closed. We recommend that you carry out end-of-day settlement daily – preferably after closing time. The payment to your bank account will be made one to two working days after the end-of-day settlement has been carried out.
