While you don’t need a PostFinance account for our e-payment methods and payment solutions, you can optimize the processes in place at your company by using a PostFinance business account. The benefit to you over an account at another bank: with a PostFinance account, you are credited no later than one working day after submitting your transactions.
PostFinance’s checkout back office can be easily and flexibly integrated into our environment and it simplifies administrative tasks tremendously.
You can test the Checkout payment solutions from PostFinance free of charge. With the Checkout All-in-One modules, you will receive confirmation from PostFinance within five working days that all payment methods are activated and ready for live payments. PostFinance takes care of coordination with partners. With the Checkout Flex modules, activation of the individual payment methods depends on the acceptance partner and cannot be influenced – except for the PostFinance e-payment methods.
Sectors excluded from PostFinance Checkout
For acceptance of PostFinance e-payment methods, you will need a business account at PostFinance or at a third-party bank and an acquiring contract with PostFinance. You will also require a contract with a payment service provider that has integrated the interface to PostFinance.
