Please check your debits and monthly statement regularly and report any unauthorized or unjustified transactions to us within 30 days of the invoice date. If you would like to lodge a complaint about one or more debits from your credit card, prepaid card, PostFinance Card or PostFinance Pay, please fill in the relevant form and return it to the postal address provided.
