The fastest and simplest way: after setting up your login once in the PostFinance App, you can log in with your fingerprint or Face ID in just a few seconds.
We aim for the highest possible security. Access to the app is secured at multiple levels with various measures. The two-step login is an important part of this.
Step 1: Personal e-finance number and password
You need to enter your e-finance number (or your chosen username) and password in the app only once.
Step 2: Confirm login
By using your fingerprint or Face ID, only you can confirm your login attempts.

The nine-digit e-finance number with user identification (if there are several users) is your unique access number to mobile banking with the PostFinance App. You can also set a memorable username so that you don’t have to remember this number.
