The CH-DD direct debit (Swiss Direct Debit) is offered in two versions
- CH-DD core direct debit with right of objection (Swiss COR1 Direct Debit)
- CH-DD B2B direct debit without right of objection (Swiss B2B Direct Debit)
The CH-DD core direct debit scheme can be used to debit both private and business customers. This scheme includes the right of objection. CH-DD B2B direct debit is the PostFinance payment scheme for the settlement of debits for business customers as invoice issuers and business customers as payers. A feature of this scheme is that debtors have no right of objection.
Procedure:
- Ask the invoice issuer whether they offer the CH-DD direct debit (Swiss Direct Debit) service.
- If so, ask the invoice issuer for a direct payment authorization form.
- By signing the form, you authorize the invoice issuer to debit the outstanding invoice amounts directly from your account on the due date.
- For the CH-DD B2B direct debit scheme (Swiss B2B Direct Debit), the payment authorization must be issued to PostFinance before the first debit.
