Participation in the promotion organized by PostFinance Ltd (hereinafter “PostFinance”) is governed by the conditions detailed below. By entering the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.

The promotion is scheduled to last from 3 June 2024 to 31 July 2024. Anyone who opens a SmartKids / SmartYoung banking package with PostFinance during this period will have 50 francs credited directly to their new account in September. The offer is valid just once during this time frame when opening the first SmartKids / SmartYoung banking package.

Only those who meet the authorization requirements for the relevant banking package (SmartKids / SmartYoung) are eligible to receive the 50 francs of credit.

It makes no difference how or where the banking package is applied for: online via postfinance.ch, in the PostFinance App, at a PostFinance branch or in a post office. The account credit of 50 francs will be paid to every new customer who opens a SmartKids or SmartYoung banking package during this time.

The criteria for the two account types are as follows:

SmartKids eligibility to participate

All natural persons aged between 0 and 11 years who are resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate.

SmartYoung eligibility to participate

All natural persons aged between 12 and 20 who are resident in Switzerland are eligible to participate.

All personal data relating to participants will be stored and used only for the purposes of organizing and implementing the promotion. PostFinance would like to state that personal information relating to participants will not be passed on to third parties or made available for use without the participant’s consent.

To the extent permitted by law, PostFinance excludes any liability in connection with the promotion. PostFinance has the right to cancel the campaign at any time before 31 July 2024. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the promotion. Participants have no right to information. Any right of appeal is excluded. The promotion is subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction is Bern.
