As soon as you have bought the Coop voucher, click on the “Get voucher” button. A window will then open in the browser which allows you to view the Coop voucher via the printer symbol. Here you will find your gift card number, the PIN code to use in the online store and the bar code to use at the physical Coop store. You can save, print out or open the voucher when you redeem it using the method outlined above.

When purchasing via the PostFinance App, you can personalize the vouchers and give them as a gift. Select a design and add a personal text to the voucher. Send the personalized voucher or print it out.

You can redeem the Coop voucher in the online Coop stores as well as at your local Coop stores throughout Switzerland. To redeem the voucher at the relevant online store, copy the gift card number and PIN, and paste them in during the payment process under “Apply gift card”. To redeem your voucher at your local Coop store, open the Coop voucher in your browser via the PostFinance App and show the barcode during the payment process. Your Coop voucher is redeemed when the Coop employee scans the barcode.

When you use the Coop voucher at the time of purchase at the physical store, your current balance and expiry date will be displayed on the receipt. You can also view your current balance at any time using the The link will open in a new window online balance query. If you have loaded the Coop voucher into the Supercard app, you can check the card balance at any time under “Gift card for cashless payments”.

Go to “Cards” in the Supercard app and click on “Add gift card now”. Scan the barcode from the Coop voucher or manually enter the 16-digit gift card number and 4-digit PIN. To pay, you can call up the barcode in the Supercard app and present it at the checkout.

Your Coop voucher is valid for 3 years after purchase.
