We’re constantly developing our PostFinance App and need your help. Become a test user now and trial the latest features with us.

How the testing works

Download the beta version of the PostFinance App

Download the beta version of the PostFinance App and then follow the installation instructions. This app works in exactly the same way as the PostFinance App that you’re familiar with and replaces the existing app on your mobile. The only difference: you can use all new features around four weeks before every app update. 

App Store for iOS

  1. Scan the QR code and download the TestFlight app
  2. Accept the invitation for the beta version and install the PostFinance beta app

Google Play for Android

  1. Scan the QR code. This takes you directly to the main page of the PostFinance App in the Google Play Store
  2. Register in the “Register for beta program” section

  2. Accept the invitation for the beta version and install the PostFinance beta app

Test and provide feedback

As soon as new features are available for testing, you’ll receive a message (TestFlight App) outlining which new functions your PostFinance App contains. Use the new features and let us know if they don’t work as they are supposed to. We’d like to receive positive feedback too, so we know we’re on the right track.

Questions and answers

  • You can submit feedback directly to us via the TestFlight app (iOS) or in the Google Play Store.

    In iOS press the PostFinance App in the main menu of your device for longer and send us feedback directly via the fast function.

  • iOS
    Open the Test Flight app and select PostFinance. Under “Developer”, select “End test”.

    Android
    Select the PostFinance App in the Google Play Store. Under “You are a beta tester”, select “Exit”.

  • The data collected will only be used to improve the PostFinance App. Your data is not disclosed to third parties. The PostFinance Ltd General Privacy Policy applies.

    When you send feedback and screenshots directly through the beta test app, the data is collected by Apple or in the Google Play Store. The following data is tracked by Apple and Google Play Store and shared with PostFinance:

    • Crash logs
    • Personal data, such as name and e-‑mail‑address
    • Usage information, usage behaviour
    • Your feedback

  • The same security requirements apply to the PostFinance beta app as to the PostFinance App. The security system for our apps meets the highest security standards.
