As a new customer, it’s easy to open a banking package with account and cards via the PostFinance App. You can access your online banking in just a few minutes – with the PostFinance App and on your computer.

Step 1: Select banking package and credit card

Choose a suitable banking package with account, PostFinance Card and online banking. A savings account to get you started and a credit card are included on request. You can open additional products later in just a few steps in your online banking.
Step 2: Scan your ID

Use your smartphone camera to take a photo of your identity card or passport. Your details will be registered automatically.
Step 3: Do a face scan

Simply identify yourself with a short, automated face scan. We treat your data in accordance with the highest security standards.
Step 4: Sign the contract digitally

You enter your personal details and sign the opening documents using the app.
Step 5: Set up login

PostFinance opens your account in a few seconds and activates your login in the PostFinance App. You can then use your online banking (E-Finance) at home on your computer or while on the go.
Step 6: Enjoy using your card

You will receive your PostFinance Card and optional credit card by post within a few days.
