Change your address in e-finance
As a private customer, you can change your address in e-finance with ease. The benefits for you:

- Apply address to other individuals directly
- Simple, secure and efficient

You can modify your private home address / domicile address and / or correspondence address in the PostFinance App settings. To do this, select: More > My profile.

You can report your move with ease at The link will open in a new window post.ch/move. PostFinance can, on request, be notified about your change of address automatically. In this instance, you don’t need to do anything else.
What to do: when entering your new address at swisspost.ch, activate address update to third parties, and then select PostFinance.

Business customers and authorized persons for private customers can only submit their change of address in writing.
