In order to share data with e-finance, your browser will need to allow cookies. Different settings must be applied, depending on the browser.
Customers who only want to accept security cookies from e-finance can select the menu (three dots in the top right) in the browser > Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > Allow > Add.
Enter the address https://www.postfinance.ch and select “Add”.
In Safari, it is not possible to only accept the security cookies from e-finance. Customers who want to use e-finance must go to their browser and select Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and website data.
Un-tick the “Block all cookies” checkbox to ensure that the browser does not block all cookies.
Customers who only want to accept security cookies from e-finance can select the menu (three lines in the top right) in the browser > Options > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Permissions.
Enter the address https://www.postfinance.ch, confirm with “Allow” and select “Save Changes”.
Customers who only want to accept security cookies from e-finance can select the menu (three dots in the top right) in the browser > Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data > Sites that can always use cookies > Add.
Enter the address https://www.postfinance.ch and select “Add”.
