To dissuade your customers from exiting their eBill registration early, the registration form should be made as straightforward as possible. We recommend that you avoid collecting any additional data or customer identification details on the eBill registration form.
At the same time, you can encourage the use of eBill by offering your customers a seamless experience and integrating eBill directly into your sales processes, such as in your own customer portal or in your online shop’s checkout process. This saves your customers from being redirected to an external eBill login page and reduces potential bounce rates.
