Conditions of participation “Live at the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland” prize draw

Initial provision

Participation in the “Live at the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland” prize draw of PostFinance Ltd (hereinafter referred to as PostFinance) and the agency D&K Management GmbH. The following conditions apply to the prize draw. PostFinance organises the drawing of the prizes, the agency is responsible for implementation, and VISA (VISA EUROPE SERVICES LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, US, Zurich branch) issues the prizes. By entering the “Live at the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland” prize draw, participants accept these conditions of participation. 

How the prize draw works

The prize draw will last from 16 April 2025 until 7 May 2025. Within this time frame, participants will have the opportunity to take part in the prize draw. To participate in the prize draw, correct answers must be provided to the quiz questions on the https://www.postfinance.ch/en/private/campaign/womens-euro-prize-draw.html website and the form must be submitted. 

Participation

Participants may only enter the “Live at the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland” prize draw once. Participating more than once is not permitted. Participation is free of charge.

Eligibility to participate

All participants must be PostFinance customers of legal age. Employees of Swiss Post, including its subsidiaries, are not eligible to participate. Particularly in the event of suspected fraud or misuse, breach of these conditions of participation or other similar conduct, PostFinance may exclude individual persons from the prize draw without stating reasons. Furthermore, the conditions of participation may be amended or the prize draw may be discontinued without having to state a reason. If participants are excluded or if the prize draw is discontinued, there will be no right to claim for payment or compensation.

Prizes

10x VIP package for the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 final worth around CHF 13,000 each. Each package includes:

  • 2x category 1 tickets for the final on 27 July 2025 at 9 p.m. in Basel
  • Entry and hospitality in the UEFA club at St. Jakob-Park Basel
  • 2 nights in a 4-star hotel in Zurich from 26–28 July 2025
  • Visa prepaid card worth CHF 200
  • Merchandise bag
  • SBB voucher for the journey to/from the hotel in Zurich
  • City Pass Zürich Card (Zürich Card – Your City Travel Pass | zuerich.com)
  • Transport from the hotel in Zurich to the stadium in Basel and back

The date of the journey cannot be freely chosen and is scheduled for 26 July 2025. The details shall be shared with the winners when they are notified of their win, and they will then receive the option of accepting or rejecting the prize.

1x VIP package for the semi-final of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 worth around CHF 9,000. Each package includes:

  • 2x category 1 tickets for the semi-final on 23 July 2025 at 9 p.m. in Zurich
  • 2 nights in a 4-star hotel in Zurich from 22–24 July 2025
  • Visa prepaid card worth CHF 200
  • Merchandise bag
  • SBB voucher for the journey to the hotel in Zurich
  • City Pass Zürich Card (Zürich Card – Your City Travel Pass | zuerich.com)
  • Transport from the hotel in Zurich to the stadium and back

The date of the journey cannot be freely chosen and is scheduled for 22 July 2025. The details shall be shared with the winners when they are notified of their win, and they will then receive the option of accepting or rejecting the prize.

  • 1x 2 tickets for the semi-final of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 worth around CHF 520.
    (2x category 1 tickets for the semi-final match of the UEFA Women’s EURO on 22 July 2025 in Geneva plus a merchandise voucher worth CHF 200.)
  • 15x 2 tickets for the group matches of the Swiss women’s national team at the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 worth around CHF 495 each.
    (5x 2 category 1 tickets for the group matches of the Swiss women’s national team on 2 July 2025 in Basel, on 6 July 2025 in Bern or 10 July 2025 in Geneva plus a merchandise voucher worth CHF 200.)
  • 20x UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 merchandise package worth CHF 170 each.

  • 5x official UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 match ball worth around CHF 170 each.
    (The winners will each receive one of the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 “Konektis” match ball by Adidas.)

No cash prizes will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties. The dates of the trip cannot be changed. The winners shall be informed of the details when notified of their win.

Determining the winners

The winners will be drawn at random by PostFinance after the closing date. The prize draw will be closed to the public. The winners will be informed by phone or in writing with 10 days. All winners have the right to refuse the prize. In this case, the person should contact weuro@postfinance.ch.

Once notified, winners will forfeit their prize if they do not come forward within three days. In such an event, PostFinance will transfer the prize to a different participant.The winners will be drawn at random by PostFinance after the closing date. The prize draw will be closed to the public. The winners will be informed by phone or in writing with 10 days. All winners have the right to refuse the prize. In this case, the person should contact weuro@postfinance.ch.

Amendments to the participation rules and cancellation of the prize draw

These conditions of participation may be altered by PostFinance at any time. PostFinance reserves the right to cancel or terminate the prize draw at any time without advance notice and without giving a reason. 

Data protection

Participants are required to provide their personal details to take part in the prize draw. The participant confirms that the personal details they have provided, in particular the first name, last name and e-mail address, are truthful and accurate.

All personal data relating to participants will be stored and used only for the purposes of organizing and implementing the “Live at the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland” prize draw. Once we have successfully contacted the winners, the details of all participants will be deleted. The participant is free to withdraw from the prize draw at any time. In this case, the person should contact weuro@postfinance.ch.

The winners’ data will be shared with the agency D&K Management GmbH, Maschinengasse 19, CH-6330 Cham. The agency will contact the winners and shall be responsible for processing the prizes. Locally, the event team of Visa (VISA EUROPE SERVICES LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, US, Zurich branch) will be the point of contact for all winners. Accordingly, this team will also receive the data for organizational purposes. 

Bank client confidentiality

The participant releases PostFinance from bank client confidentiality with regard to data that is necessary for contacting the participant in the course of the competition or data that is forwarded to third parties (see section 8 Data protection).

It cannot be ruled out that a possible banking relationship with PostFinance may be indicated by sending e-mails. By providing your e-mail address, you expressly agree to communication via unsecured e-mail and waive bank client confidentiality in this regard.

Liability and final provisions

To the extent permitted by law, PostFinance excludes any liability in connection with the “Live at the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Switzerland” prize draw. PostFinance shall deem the prize draw to be ended on delivery of the notification of the winners and contact details to the agency. In the event of any questions about the journey or tickets, the winners shall contact the agency D&K Management GmbH, Ms Claudia Bonsack, Maschinengasse 19, CH-6330 Cham at bonsack@dunk.ch.

With regard to the winning of the tickets or material prizes, PostFinance shall deem the prize draw to be ended on the sending of the tickets, or UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 merchandise packages and match balls. There is no guarantee.

No correspondence will be entered into regarding the prize draw. Participants have no right to information. Any right of appeal is excluded. The prize draw is subject to Swiss law. The sole place of jurisdiction is Bern.
